The Children's Advocacy Center Foundation supports all of the CJC programs.
Funds raised by the Children's Advocacy Center Foundation:
Allow the professionals at the CJC to attend advanced educational classes in child abuse investigative techniques, forensic interviewing techniques, child development, and crisis intervention skills for children suffering from sexual and physical abuse trauma.
Pay for child abuse professional organizations' dues for the CJC staff.
Enable the CJC to create a child friendly atmosphere with vividly painted walls, enchanting décor and a variety of toys appropriate for babies through the teen ages.
Provide a new stuffed animal to each child to keep following the forensic interviews.
Provide for snacks, candy and other ancillary items for the thousands of children the CJC serves.
